DESIGN CONCEPT
The Insudek Raft Foundation System takes the general form of a Stiffened Raft foundation consisting of edge and internal beams designed to transfer building column and wall loads safely to the ground.
The Grillage beams criss-cross between Insublocks between the edge and internal beams transferring floor loads to the ground. A Structural concrete topping completes the raft construction.
